We manage our resources so that the appropriate people are placed on projects according to their expertise, needs of our client and location.  Weekly project meetings and status reports communicate & manage activity, task completion and monitor project risk.

BKD has adopted standard procedures in software implementation as part of its ongoing commitment to quality and customer service.  Our On Track methodology is based on “best practices” as it incorporates BKD standard quality control procedures for project management.

The On Track methodology is comprised of the following project phases:  initiation, project definition, analysis and design, delivery, acceptance testing and training, cut over, closing and post implementation support.

Our definition of a successful project includes:  a project that begins and ends on time, on budget and meet management’s expectations.
